One of my guilty pleasures in life is potato salad. Yesterday I had the opportunity to taste Van's Country Style Potato Salad, after searching for a good potato salad on Long Island. I called the owner and ordered a tray at the last minute of a holiday weekend, after it had been recommended to me. Let me tell you, it's everything you'd expect and then some. It was one of the best potato salad ever. It was so good that after the owner had given me a sample when I picked up my order, I continued eating my order in the car on my way back home. I will definitely order again. I give Van's Potato Salad a perfect 10.
